SmartSpecs will deliver your glasses direct to your shipping address. We use Express Australia Post with tracking, so in the event that your order becomes lost we can always search for its last location. Currently we offer free shipping to any Australian location if the total order is over $100. For all other orders, including all international orders we charge a flat fee of $9.95.
Your new glasses will normally reach you within 2 weeks of placing your order. In some circumstances there will be a slightly longer wait for your items. This is usually due to having to custom make some lenses for larger prescriptions, or for very curved lenses. If you have not recieved your order in 4 weeks then please contact us and we will follow up with our suppliers. You can check your order status by logging in and viewing your orders.
